A school is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to support its high school students throughout the current school year. This contract position is based in Elyria, OH, providing an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact on student well-being and academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psycho-educational assessments and interpret results to guide instructional planning.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administration to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students.
- Consult with school staff on behavioral and mental health strategies.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support student development.
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification or license.
