School Psychologist Full-Time Orange, OH

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified School Psychologist for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Orange, Ohio. This position provides a meaningful opportunity to support the academic, emotional, and behavioral well-being of K12 students by delivering comprehensive psychological services and collaborating closely with educators, families, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational assessments to evaluate students cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning
Contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to implement effective, evidence-based interventions
Provide individual and group counseling to support students' emotional and social needs
Assist in the creation and monitoring of behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Support crisis intervention efforts and provide consultation on mental health and school climate issues
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
Valid Ohio Department of Education School Psychologist license
Previous experience in a school setting preferred
Strong knowledge of psychological assessments, RTI/MTSS models, and special education services
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
