Soliant is looking for a confident, experienced professional who knows how to lead the assessment process and support student success through data and targeted interventions. As a School Psychologist/Educational Diagnostician, youll be a key player on our multidisciplinary team, helping determine eligibility for special education services and contributing to the success of our RTI/MTSS systems.

This position is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives on collaboration.

What Youll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive academic and psychological evaluations

  • Administer and interpret assessments that guide special education eligibility decisions

  • Work alongside teachers, counselors, and administrators to monitor student progress

  • Play a central role in RTI and MTSS processes by analyzing data and recommending next steps

  • Provide input at ARD/IEP meetings and help design targeted student support plans

  • Write clear, actionable reports that help inform instruction and intervention

What Were Looking For

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in school-based assessment and evaluation

  • Solid understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)

  • Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field

  • (Educational Diagnostician certification highly preferred)

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required

  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
