About the Role
We are hiring a Licensed Psychologist (LP) to conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children with suspected Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental differences. This role is perfect for a clinician who is detail-oriented, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct autism and developmental assessments using tools such as the ADOS-2, ADI-R, CARS, or DISCO
• Share diagnostic findings with families in a clear and compassionate manner
• Complete comprehensive written reports within 7 days of each evaluation
• Offer follow-up support to guide families toward appropriate next steps
• Serve as a Licensed Qualified Autism Service Provider (LQASP) per NC Medicaid requirements
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, coordinated care
• Contribute to clinic audit readiness and continuous quality improvement
• Follow all HIPAA and ethical standards for clinical practice

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology or a related field
• Active North Carolina LP or LPA license
• Experience with autism evaluations and standardized diagnostic tools
• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently and compassionately in a team setting
• Previous clinic-based experience is preferred but not required
