About Job

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Salary: $120,000–$130,000

POPS Therapeutics is expanding and we’re looking for a dedicated BCBA who’s ready to make a meaningful impact. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who values collaboration, enjoys working with both families and technicians, and is excited by the idea of helping bring services to a new area.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide direct BCBA supervision and oversight

  • Deliver high-quality parent training

  • Support, train, and guide behavior technicians

  • Play a key role in launching POPS services in a new area

  • Help build connections with referral sources such as pediatricians and community partners

This role offers the chance to grow with us as we establish our presence in a new region. You’ll be part of something from the ground up, with the support of a leadership team that’s committed to clinical excellence and team development.

The structure of this role has been designed with long-term potential in mind. For the right candidate, there’s meaningful room to grow within the company both professionally and financially as services expand.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

  • Comfort working independently and as part of a team

  • Interest in outreach and developing community relationships

Why POPS:

We’re a close-knit, mission-driven team that believes in supporting both our clients and our staff. This role is ideal for a BCBA who’s ready to take the next step and grow along with us.
