Outpatient behavioral health care provider seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to build their ABA program from the ground up. This is an in-office position, and can be full or part-time.
The BCBA will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, and providing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and caregivers. This role involves close collaboration with families, schools, and service providers to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care.
Candidates must have a master's degree along with BCBA and LBA certifications, and demonstrate strong skills in ABA, leadership, and communication.
This position will oversee and develop the program, to include hiring, supervision, evaluation, and scheduling, while developing and implementing strategies for program growth and community outreach.
