One Step Forward is hiring a caring and reliable ABA Therapist to work with a child in the Ocean Township area during weekday afternoons. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or other child-focused roles.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or in the community

• Follow a BCBA-designed treatment plan

• Collect and record progress data each session

• Work collaboratively with the child’s family to encourage skill use outside sessions

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as an ABA Therapist, RBT, paraprofessional, or similar child support role

• Available for afternoon shifts at least 3 days/week

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Patient, dependable, and committed to helping children succeed
