We’re currently hiring a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to help expand our clinical care team and support our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in delivering high-quality therapy sessions.

What You’ll Do

As a BCaBA, you will:

• Assist in developing and modifying Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Monitor client progress through data collection & analysis
• Implement programs for skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and caregivers
• Ensure fidelity of ABA programs and maintain clinical documentation

Must-Haves

• Active BCaBA certification through the BACB
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavioral science, education, or related field
• Minimum of 6 months’ experience in ABA therapy or autism services
• Strong skills in data collection, communication, and team collaboration
• A genuine passion for working with children with autism and their families

Compensation & Perks

• Salary: Starting at $60,000-$65,000 annually (based on experience)
