Client Care Coordinator – Part-Time (New Market Support Role)

Loved Veterinary Services specializes in compassionate, at-home, end-of-life veterinary care. Our mission is rooted in empathy, integrity, and connection — supporting families and their beloved pets through the most delicate life stage with dignity and care.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Part-Time Client Care Coordinator (CCC) to support a new Loved market outside of our central hub in Lakeland, FL. This role will serve as a critical on-the-ground presence, ensuring our local veterinarian(s) have the hands-on, logistical, and emotional support they need to serve families effectively.

While training in client communication, scheduling, and dispatching will be provided, this role’s primary responsibility is to provide in-person support for cremains and keepsake deliveries, local relationship building, and community outreach.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who values compassionate care and wants to contribute meaningfully to end-of-life veterinary care in their community.

Primary Responsibilities – Local Support:

· Deliver cremains and memorial items to families with care and professionalism.

· Assist with preparing and organizing materials for appointments and outreach.

· Serve as a liaison between the DVM and central support team to ensure smooth operations.

· Represent Loved in the community through referral visits, events, and local outreach efforts.

· Help ensure thoughtful follow-up after appointments in the form of deliveries, cards, or community touchpoints.

Secondary Responsibilities – Client Coordination (Training Provided):

· Learn to manage incoming calls, emails, and texts from clients using a compassionate and professional tone.

· Assist with appointment scheduling and updating client records using Zoho and Heymarket platforms.

· Learn dispatching and internal communication protocols to support the CCC team as the market grows.

· Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mindset.

· Willingness to work independently while staying connected to a broader team.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms.

Schedule & Role Structure:

  • This is a part-time role, up to 20 hours per week.
  • Remote onboarding and continued mentorship provided by the Lakeland CCC and leadership team.
  • Hours are meant to support flexibility and can be scheduled based on work-life balance needs within business hours.
