- Provides a resource for consumers or caregivers to contact a live individual to ask questions regarding behavioral health concerns and to obtain information about accessing resources within the community and services available at HOTBHN.
- Ensure that documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- As a new program be open to expanding services offered and expanding scope of job duties.
- Performs related work as required.
Prior case management experience a plus. Must have current valid Texas driver's license and current and continued proof of liability insurance.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or clinically related field.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Knowledge of emotional problems and treatment approaches.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with consumers and colleagues.
- Good work habits and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with computer operation.
- Knowledge of local community resources and ways in which to access.
- Ability to learn about and implement trauma-informed care practices within the scope of work for the position.
- Must have and maintain a level of general health that permits the performance of the job duties and ability to maintain regular attendance as set forth in Center policies and procedures.
Salary: $45,000-$52,965 DOE
