Provides guidance, support, resource linkage and non-judgmental listening to at-risk adolescents, parents, and caregivers.EXAMPLE OF WORK PERFORMED

Provides a resource for consumers or caregivers to contact a live individual to ask questions regarding behavioral health concerns and to obtain information about accessing resources within the community and services available at HOTBHN.
Ensure that documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
As a new program be open to expanding services offered and expanding scope of job duties.
Performs related work as required.

Experience:
Prior case management experience a plus. Must have current valid Texas driver's license and current and continued proof of liability insurance.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or clinically related field.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Knowledge of emotional problems and treatment approaches.
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with consumers and colleagues.
Good work habits and organizational skills.
Familiarity with computer operation.
Knowledge of local community resources and ways in which to access.
Ability to learn about and implement trauma-informed care practices within the scope of work for the position.
Must have and maintain a level of general health that permits the performance of the job duties and ability to maintain regular attendance as set forth in Center policies and procedures.

Salary: $45,000-$52,965 DOE
