Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to enhance the quality of life for our clients. Your expertise will contribute to creating positive behavioral changes through evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical documentation.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, including intake assessments, progress notes, and treatment modifications.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients with diverse needs.
  • Advocate for clients' rights and promote their well-being within various settings.

Skills

  • Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong skills in data collection and analysis for effective treatment evaluation.
  • Knowledge of special education practices and working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment, and patient care protocols.
  • Ability to conduct intake evaluations and develop comprehensive behavioral health plans.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and professionals.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of applied behavior analysis.
