Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavior intervention strategies to improve the quality of life for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to promote positive behavior changes in clients.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in behavioral health and patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including medical records and intake forms, while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis.
- Experience working with children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and ability to analyze data effectively.
- Familiarity with special education practices and working with people with disabilities.
- Excellent patient assessment skills, including the ability to conduct intake evaluations.
- Understanding of medical terminology and experience with medical documentation processes.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
