About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join a comprehensive, community-based medical facility serving patients of all ages. This “one-stop shop” for healthcare offers integrated services including primary care, dental, women’s health, pediatrics, pharmacy, nutrition, and behavioral health—all under one roof.

In this role, you will provide evidence-based psychiatric care and work closely with a collaborative team of physicians, nurses, health educators, nutritionists, social workers, and behavioral health providers. Our behavioral health program includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, therapy (individual and family), PTSD treatment, stress reduction, and addiction treatment (including MAT).


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks EMR
  • Provide culturally sensitive care to a diverse, multilingual patient base
  • Support integrated care by coordinating with other in-house services


Qualifications

  • Valid NYS license to deliver medical care
  • Minimum 2 years post-graduate Psych NP experience (RN with Psych exp but new NP grads will not be considered)
  • NPI number required
  • Medicaid and/or Medicare number required
  • Ability to see patients of all ages
  • Experience with eClinicalWorks preferred


Locations Covered:

  • Crown Heights
  • Williamsburg
  • Lower East Side


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

  • 1 remote day/week after probationy period


Compensation:

  • 0-3 years of Experience: $166,333.44
  • 3-5 years of Experience: $168,694.54
  • 6-10 years of Experience: $171,059.60
  • 10+ years of Experience: $173,424.65
