About Job

Ready to grow a brand that changes lives? As our Community Liaison, you’ll network, build partnerships, and generate referrals that directly help seniors thrive at home.

As our Community Liaison, you will be the visible face of FirstLight in the East Valley—connecting with healthcare providers, senior organizations, and local communities to create meaningful partnerships that help people live their best day, every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key referral sources, including healthcare professionals, senior communities, and local organizations.
  • Attend and represent FirstLight at networking events, community programs, and senior-focused activities.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to potential partners and community groups about our services and mission.
  • Track outreach efforts, measure results, and report on progress to leadership.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure a smooth, compassionate onboarding experience for clients you bring in.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active in or deeply committed to the senior care space—you understand and value this community.
  • A natural connector with strong emotional intelligence, integrity, and the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Willingness to volunteer and participate in community education and outreach efforts.
  • Warm, professional presence and excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable being highly visible in the community—attending events, traveling locally, and representing our brand.
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through and a collaborative team mindset.
  • Comfortable with technology and digital tools for communication, marketing, and client tracking.
  • Preferred background in sales, marketing, healthcare, or senior services.

Travel & Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the Southeast Valley and parts of Pinal County.
  • Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and DMV record review. Fingerprint clearance card preferred.
  • Two professional references required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base + Commission: $60,000 – $80,000/year based on performance.
  • Car Allowance: Mileage re-imbursement for local travel.
  • W2 Employment with payroll benefits and protections.
  • Comprehensive Training before you start—plus ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Supportive, employee-first culture with leadership that has your back.
  • Growth Potential: Opportunity to expand into a leadership role as our outreach function grows.
  • Meaningful Work: Be part of a team that truly cares and makes a difference every day.

This is not just another sales job—it’s a chance to be a community leader, a trusted resource, and a difference-maker.
