- Timely completion of assigned warranty service requests/orders within the guidelines of company policy
- Follow up on all warranty requests to vendors/contractors to ensure prompt service to all customers
- Evaluate all customer complaints and report solutions to The Director of Warranty/Customer Care, documenting reoccurring issues in the customer care system
- Keep all request up to date with dates, descriptions, proper codes and vendors
- Conduct all customer meetings with the utmost respect and professionalism
- Recommend changes that will improve processes
- Monitor and respond to email and voice messages daily
- Be the customer company spokesperson on quality customer relations after closing
- Ability to handle stressful customer situations including conflict resolution diplomatically and effectively
- 2 years residential construction experience
- Experience in a residential construction customer service role preferred but not a must
- Basic computer skills
- Customer oriented, outgoing, dependable & ethical
- Hands on repair skills and familiarity with residential construction practices
- Some small hand tools are required, tool list will be provided
- Problem solving abilities with excellent follow up skills
- Acceptable driving record to meet company requirements
- Must be willing to work a schedule of 8AM to 5PM M-F
