About The Remedy Mental Health:
The Remedy Mental Health is a multi-center clinic offering a comprehensive and integrative range of psychiatric services. Our multidisciplinary providers deliver care through medication management, psychotherapy, and interventional treatments, including:
- Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
- Ketamine infusions
- Spravato (esketamine) therapy
- Vagus Nerve Stimulation (VNS) management
Services are offered both in-person and via telemedicine, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for our patients. We emphasize a collaborative, patient-centered model of care that values clinical excellence, adaptability, and compassion.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable [Psychiatrist/NP] to provide clinical coverage and supervision at our Hudson, WI location. This role includes direct psychiatric care, interventional treatments, and collaboration with other psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, physician assistants, and TMS technicians. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, integrative environment and be comfortable working across service lines and modalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person psychiatric care at both Hudson and Eau Claire locations.
- Administer and oversee Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments and supervise TMS teams.
- Supervise and collaborate with doctorate-level Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) delivering Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for alcohol and opioid use disorders.
- Develop and refine policies and clinical workflows in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer.
- Serve as a clinical resource for substance use treatment protocols across Remedy clinics.
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
- Active or eligible licensure in Wisconsin, with willingness to obtain Minnesota licensure if not already held.
- Willingness to train in TMS, if not already certified.
- Experience with MAT for substance use disorders is preferred but not required.
- Strong adaptability, communication, and collaboration skills essential to success in a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience with ketamine infusions and/or Spravato (esketamine) therapy is highly valued.
- Candidates without prior experience are encouraged to apply if they are willing to train and adopt The Remedy’s established evidenced based, interventional protocols.
