This position is for a clinician (licensed (LPC/MHSP, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, LADAC) OR pre-licensed Masters clinician working through supervision hours, that desires to join a strong interdisciplinary clinical team in providing evidence-based treatment from a Christ-Centered perspective, in the Greeneville, TN area. DePriest Center is an interdisciplinary group offering IOP, PHP, and Outpatient Therapy services for mental health and recovery from substance use disorders. The DePriest Center culture is collaborative, supportive and grounded in a team approach. Licensure supervision is available. This position is for an in office role at our Greeneville, TN office. Hybrid (Telehealth and in person schedule flexibility) is available.

Masters or Doctoral- Level Clinician

Job Purpose: Our professional outpatient care is designed to meet the specific needs of clients with co-occurring diagnoses and/or recovering from substance use disorders. The Masters/Doctoral level Clinician will work from a team perspective and provide evidence-based therapeutic services to clients and their families through assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, termination, and the referral process. Therapeutic services may include individual/couple/family/group counseling related to co-occurring disorders (mental health or substance-use disorders), situational issues/critical incidents, family systems, etc.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat each potential client’s needs through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning and delivery of care
  • Deliver evidence-based standard of care to meet the identified needs of each client
  • Provide counseling services consistent with DePriest Center’s program structure and standards of care
  • Participate in Team Collaboration and Coordination of Care
  • with each Client for the development of comprehensive treatment goals
  • with the Clinical Team to ensure client’s needs and individual goals are addressed comprehensively

· Promptly complete all documentation (comprehensive clinical assessment, treatment planning, progress notes, etc.) as required by DePriest Center and licensing standards

· Complete administrative activities (scheduling, record keeping, client contacts, etc.) for maintaining client caseload.

· Quality control for maintaining weekly/monthly session goals

· Treating all clients and co-team members with respect and professionalism, demonstrating Christlikeness in promoting an awareness of and sensitivity to individual needs and backgrounds.

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family or Substance Use.
  • Must be eligible to begin post-masters/doctoral licensure supervision.
