$25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday to Thursday
Session Schedule: 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM
About 12hrs per week
No experience in ABA? No problem!
We offer 40hr RBT training and support you in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
RBT Competency is covered, and shadowing experience is paid!
Registration fees, background checks and passing exam fees are reimbursed!

Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, social work, child development, or related field preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Reliable personal transportation (rideshare services not accepted)
Passion for working with children with developmental disabilities and making a positive impact while working in clients’ homes
Interest in psychology, education, or behavior therapy
Patient, empathetic, professional, and dependable
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes
Follow behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
Accurately collect and document data during each session
Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living
Collaborate with supervisors, families, and team members to ensure consistency
Build trusting, supportive relationships with clients and their families
Participate in regular training, supervision, and professional development
