Description:

POSITION PURPOSE:

Coordinate and conduct intake assessments for the Child/Adolescent Partial Hospital Program. Will assume responsibility for overseeing cases from the initial intake assessment until the consumer begins the program.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial intake assessments at the child/adolescent Partial Hospital Program.
  • Support clinical operations, if needed, including crisis management, conducting group therapy, team coordination, attending treatment team meetings, and maintaining accurate clinical records.
  • Maintain professional communication with internal/external partners, responding promptly to inquiries.

MINIMUM QUALILFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in health and human services
  • Experience in intake and admissions preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to drive an organization vehicle
  • ACT 33/34/73 Clearances
  • Pre-employment drug screen

Work Schedule: This is a Non-Exempt (hourly) position.

8:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday. Schedule may vary slightly according to program need.
