Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
About the Role:
We’re looking for experienced BCBAs to provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to individuals with intellectual and developmental and disabilities through our regional center partnered programs. You will be designing, supervising, and implementing ABA programs, supporting behavior intervention plans, and overseeing behavior technicians.
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior plans
• Train and supervise RBTs/behavior techs implementing ABA programs
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
• Work with families and care teams to support client goals
• Maintain documentation as required by funding sources and clinical standards
What We’re Looking For:
• Active BCBA certification required
• Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication and team skills
• Comfortable working in homes, schools, or community settings
