Serve as clinician-of-the-day during scheduled work shifts for patient emergencies
Conduct patient interviews and psychosocial assessments to gather health history

Apply advanced knowledge and clinical expertise in planning and executing behavioral health interventions
Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation in line with compliance standards
Ensure follow-up care is coordinated and patient inquiries are addressed promptly

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 12 continuous months providing direct patient care within the past 3 years
Licensure: Valid California LCSW license (hard copy required)
Certification: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association
