You will collaborate closely with parents and school staff to address student needs, engage in crisis intervention, and conduct comprehensive mental health assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with families to provide information and support around mental health concerns
• Conducting threat assessments in collaboration with school leadership
• Taking primary responsibility for suicide risk assessments
• Meeting with students proactively and post-crisis to offer ongoing support
• Managing a caseload focused on students with complex behavioral and emotional needs

Qualifications:

• Valid Oregon School Social Worker (SSW) licensure is required
• Experience working with K-12 students in school settings preferred
• Strong collaborative and communication skills for engaging students, families, and school teams
• Confidence in conducting risk assessments and crisis intervention
