A K-12 educational institution in Stone Mountain, GA is seeking a skilled School Psychologist to support the academic, social, and emotional needs of students. This contractual position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a dynamic school environment dedicated to promoting student success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students, including cognitive, behavioral, and socio-emotional testing
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to support student mental health and well-being
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student needs and ensure compliance with special education laws
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to maximize educational outcomes
• Offer training and consultation to school staff on topics related to student psychology and behavioral management

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
