We are seeking Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) to join our team in Boston, MA. Responsibilities -Patient Care:

• Provide outpatient therapy to diverse populations, conducting assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to ensure holistic client care.

Supervision & Growth:

• Transition into a supervisory role, mentoring associate therapists working toward licensure.
• Guide associates in case management, documentation, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
• Strong background in individual and group counseling, crisis management, and trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and EMR systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to ethical, client-centered care.
