Job Summary:

Agate Integrated and Behavioral Healthcare Services is a community-based outpatient behavioral health clinic located in Baltimore Maryland. We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing counseling and support services to individuals facing various challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work, creating treatment plans, crisis intervention, and addiction counseling.

Responsibilities:

Conduct intake assessments to identify clients' needs and develop treatment plans.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues and behavioral concerns.
Offer crisis intervention and management services to clients in distress.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulations.
Submit authorizations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Maryland LMSW License is required.
Intermediate to advance computer literacy skills and electronic health record systems.
Proven experience in workforce development, crisis intervention, crisis management, addiction counseling, and behavioral health.
Strong background in childcare, child welfare, social work, and supervising roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
Compassionate and empathetic approach towards clients' needs.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
