Job Summary

We're seeking a passionate and seasoned Clinical Director with BCBA certification to lead our new center in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all clinical operations with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based evaluations to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations for BCBAs and RBTs to support clinical excellence and professional development.
  • Manage client intake, monitor treatment integrity and progress, and oversee discharge planning to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with ethical standards, state regulations, BACB guidelines, and insurance documentation requirements.
  • Lead internal audits and quality assurance initiatives to maintain clinical fidelity and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as HR, billing, and intake to streamline operations and enhance the client experience.
  • Design and facilitate staff training, support onboarding processes, and promote ongoing learning through continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Current and active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Demonstrated experience supporting children and adolescents with autism
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of ABA methodologies, individualized treatment planning, and progress monitoring
