About Job
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and behavioral health, with a passion for working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will be supporting in a school setting, primarily supervising RBT's but also assisting with training and development programs within the RO Health Team. This position will be starting off with part time hours with a building case load in a school setting as we build out the region.
Duties
- Conduct patient assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques to support clients in achieving their goals
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of patient progress
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in the client's care
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- 5+ years working as a BCBA
- Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in medical documentation and data collection
- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy principles and techniques
- Knowledge of special education practices and regulations

Pay: $90.00 - $120.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
