About the Role

Location: 1190 McDermott Drive, West Chester, PA, 19380

The extended day care team at Chesterbrook Academy play a vital role in our daily operations. You will supervise students during indoor and outdoor play, crafts, and snacks—building relationships and becoming a valued member of our school community. This role also is responsible for maintaining a safe and educational learning environment for all students during after school activities.

  • Plan and organize after-school arts and crafts, games, and outdoor activities
  • Collaborate with other school teams to positively impact student experience
  • Responsible for the safe supervision and care of students

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to successfully pass a state and federal background check
  • Prior experience working with children preferred
