Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Regency ABA | Georgia (Remote & In-Person Options)

About Us: At Regency ABA, we take a compassionate, individualized approach to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Our team is dedicated to supporting children and families through personalized care, connection, and collaboration. We are currently hiring RBTs who are passionate about making a meaningful impact.

Schedule: We are specifically seeking availability for this case from 5:00–7:00 PM as part of the part-time schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement one-on-one ABA therapy as directed by a supervising BCBA


  • Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior goals using our digital platform


  • Follow the BACB’s ethical guidelines and company standards


  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for clients


  • Complete session notes thoroughly and on time, according to insurance guidelines


  • Communicate and collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure treatment consistency


Qualifications:

  • Active RBT certification


  • High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred)


  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills


  • Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging situations


  • Reliable, empathetic, and flexible
