Community Counselor – Bradford County (Full Time Role)

Adelphoi is seeking a compassionate and motivated Community Counselor to join our expanding Community Independent Living in Home Program in Bradford County. This full time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working directly with youth and families in home and school settings.

What You’ll Do:

• Build positive relationships with youth
• Assess young teens for Independent Living Skills
• Implement strategies and goals to assist the youth in using life skills to help them gain employment, learn about budgeting, writing resumes, etc.
• Conduct regular visits to support youth

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related human services field
• 2+ years of experience in a childcare setting
• Valid PA driver’s license
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Empathy, active listening, and critical thinking abilities
