The Position: Our Client is looking for a qualified behavior analyst to join their team in Providence, RI. The Behavior Analyst designs and oversees ABA treatment programs. This includes continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education and consultation, and problem solving to help each client reach his or her potential. The Position: Our Client is looking for a qualified behavior analyst to join their team in Providence, RI. The Behavior Analyst designs and oversees ABA treatment programs. This includes continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education and consultation, and problem solving to help each client reach his or her potential. They are offering the following compensation and benefits:
- 1 Year or Less of Experience - $78,000 to $84,000
- 1 or More Years of Experience - $83,000 to $88,000
- Overtime With Hourly Differential Offered
- W2 Position Only, No 1099 Contractor Positions

Requirements:
- Master's Program in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program
- Licensure and Certification in Behavior Analysis required
- 3 Years Working in ABA setting (Includes Experience as RBT, BCaBA or BHT)
- Will Consider Newly Boarded BCBA Applicants
- Experience With the Treatment of Autism
- Experience With Administering Verbal Behavior Assessments and Other ABLLS
- Experience With Supervision of RBT's and Trainees
- Ability to Work Independently as the Clinical Supervisor for the ABA Department
Responsibilities:
- Full Time Only (Up to 27.5 Billable Hours Per Week, or 5.5 Billable Hours Per Day)
- Schedule: Morning, Midday and Evening Cases
- Clinical Settings: In-Home and Center Based Therapy
- Telehealth: 50% or 13 Billable Hours by Telehealth
- Supervision of RBT's and Trainees
- Assessment and Development of Individual Behavior Treatment Plans (IBT's)
- Administering Skill-Based Assessment and Treatment Planning Using Individualized Language, Play and Skill-Based Curricula
- Provide Assistance to Children with Special Needs
- Maintain a Holistic Approach to Care That Involves Family, School and Community
