- Have a certification as a BCaBA.
- Have a certification as an RBT.
- Have a bachelor's degree and have completed a 40-hour training covering the RBT Task list as evidenced by a certification that includes the name of the responsible trainer, who is certified as a BCBA or BCaBA.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the provision of behavioral health services.
- Must have a PA Criminal, PA Child Abuse, FBI Clearances, valid Driver's License.

- Provides face-to-face behavioral interventions to implement Individualized Treatment Plans
- Delivers and models treatment interventions in the center-based location (may include hours in the home, community, and school to ensure full-time status)
- Provides positive reinforcement to the clients with guided feedback to families
- Implements consequences for inappropriate actions as agreed upon
- Communicates with peers and co-workers and exchanges information which is important in achieving the individual goals for the clients
- Completes all required electronic billing in accordance with company policies
- Communicates and works with BC-ABA and BCBA on implementation of treatment programs, including social programs and VB-MAPP
