As a Client Intake Coordinator, you’ll speak with older adults and their families to learn what help they need and connect them with the right services.

What You’ll Do

Talk with clients over the phone to collect basic information

Ask simple questions to understand their needs (like food, housing, medical care)

Enter details into a computer system

Decide which clients need help quickly and pass them to the right team

Keep client information private and secure

Work with others to make sure each client gets the help they need

What We’re Looking For

Good communication and listening skills

Comfortable speaking with seniors and families

Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, typing)

Organized and detail-oriented

Willing to learn—training is provided

Bilingual English & (Spanish or Creole) is a MUST
