Opportunity Summary

Silver Lining ABA is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work with children with developmental disabilities. This is an entry-level opportunity offering consistent full-time hours, paid training, and full benefits-no prior experience required! You'll be fully prepared for success through two weeks of hands-on training led by experienced BCBAs and Program Managers.

New hires begin with 40 hours/week of in-clinic work, receive three raise opportunities within their first year, and are supported in becoming Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and eventually Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) through paid certification and fieldwork hours.

Position Requirements

Apply if you meet the following:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 18 years or older
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
  • Reliable transportation

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Background in education, behavioral support, or caregiving roles
  • Strong communication, tech, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide ABA therapy in a clinic-based setting
  • Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect session data and write progress notes
  • Build relationships with clients and families
  • Attend supervision and team meetings
  • Maintain professional conduct and client confidentiality

Schedule & Benefits

  • Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Pay: $17-$20/hour based on experience
