Position Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals and their families. This includes conducting functional assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and teaching adaptive skills. The BCBA collaborates with families, service providers, and funding sources to ensure coordinated and effective care.

Essential Functions
- Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training, supervision, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring quality of services and adherence to standards.
- Maintain open communication with the Program Manager regarding caseload capacity, service delivery issues, and clinical concerns.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers to integrate ABA strategies across environments (e.g., IEPs, ISPs, therapy coordination).
- Complete assessments and develop individualized behavior plans and reports within required timelines.
- Supervise BCaBAs and guide their responsibilities per client needs.
- Participate in scheduled meetings (in-person or virtual) and proactively follow up when unable to attend.
- Provide direct supervision to RBTs in accordance with BACB, funding, and company standards, including observation, feedback, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and timely records per funder requirements and submit reports using approved formats.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable federal, state, and accreditation standards for client confidentiality.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Certification
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in active status.
- Licensure or certification must be maintained as required by state law.
Skills & Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using computers and online systems for documentation and communication.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with families and professional teams.
- Must be physically able to perform job duties and meet any necessary travel or on-site requirements.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
