Qualifications:
- Current Alabama Teacher's Certification
- Master's Degree or higher with an endorsement in school counseling
Essential Duties:
- Provide a counseling program favorable to assisting students, faculty, and community.
- Establish effective rapport with students.
- Motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide an educational foundation.
- Establish a positive relationship with students, parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors.
