Behavior Technician (Entry-Level –RBT Training Provided)

We're hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Denver, CO area. This is a great opportunity for individuals with at least 6 months of ABA experience who are ready to earn their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification-with full support and paid training from Alora.

Location: Denver, CO

Pay: $24.00 – $28.00/hr (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism (ages 2–18)
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect session data and support client progress
• Work in home and community settings
• Communicate with families and clinical supervisors
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Minimum 6 months of ABA experience (required)
• Must obtain RBT certification within 3 months of hire (company-sponsored)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Pass background check
• Physical ability to engage with children (e.g., sitting on the floor, lifting up to 25 lbs)
• Afternoon availability strongly preferred
