Behavior Technician (Entry-Level –RBT Training Provided)

We're hiring Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy in the Denver, CO area. This is a great opportunity for individuals with at least 6 months of ABA experience who are ready to earn their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification-with full support and paid training from Alora.
Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $24.00 – $28.00/hr (based on experience)

- Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Collect session data and support client progress
- Work in home and community settings
- Communicate with families and clinical supervisors
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum 6 months of ABA experience (required)
- Must obtain RBT certification within 3 months of hire (company-sponsored)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Pass background check
- Physical ability to engage with children (e.g., sitting on the floor, lifting up to 25 lbs)
- Afternoon availability strongly preferred
