Pay Information
$2,500 to $2,600 per week

About The Position

Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Inpatient Psych (Temp to Perm)
Location: Brockton, MA
Shift: Full-Time | 8-Hour Days | No Weekends or On-Call.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform psychosocial assessments for patients with mental health, behavioral, or substance use concerns.

  Collaborate with law enforcement, families, and healthcare providers during admissions and discharge planning.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate inpatient and outpatient treatment plans and referrals to community services.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

  
  


• 
  

  Serve as a resource for crisis intervention and advocacy for patient needs.

  
  

Qualifications:

• Active LCSW or LICSW license in the state of Massachusetts – Required

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 2–3 years of inpatient psychiatric experience – Required

  
  


• 
  

  Experience working with adolescents and adults – Required

  
  


• 
  

  Master’s Degree in Social Work – Required

  
  


• 
  

  BLS Certification – Required.
