St Johns Hospice is looking to a PRN - MSW. Your schedule will be based on the needs of our patients, ensuring that you provide the highest level of care and support. Here's what you'll need: First and foremost, you must have a Master of Social Work in the state of TX and at least 1 year of experience in in-home care. You'll be working with a diverse group of patients and their families, so the ability to effectively communicate and manage your time will be essential.
A compassionate and friendly demeanor is crucial in this role. Our patients are often facing challenging situations, and your empathy and understanding will make a world of difference in their lives. As a Hospice - MSW, you'll have the opportunity to travel to multiple patients per day. So, reliable transportation and the ability to navigate various locations are necessary. Preferred knowledge of home care home base software will be an added advantage, allowing you to seamlessly document patient interactions and access vital information.
