Providing essential psychological services within a K-12 educational setting, this full-time position is ideal for certified School Psychologists holding Ohio certification. The role centers around supporting students' academic and emotional success through comprehensive psychological evaluations, direct observations, and valuable contributions to individualized education programs (IEPs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and interpret psychological assessments to identify student needs.
- Conduct classroom and behavioral observations to inform evaluations.
- Prepare clear, detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Participate in IEP meetings collaborating with educators and families.
- Complete Medicaid billing to ensure compliance and funding support.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must possess valid Ohio School Psychologist certification.
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school psychology role.
- Strong skills in standardized testing and behavioral observations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Medicaid billing procedures preferred.
