What We’re Looking For: Required: * Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) * At least one year of experience as a BCBA * Experience working with children diagnosed with autism * Hands-on experience in early intensive behavioral intervention (EIBI) * Proven experience in parent training * Expertise in program design and staff management * Strong communication skills (both oral and written) * Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) Preferred: * Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis * Eligible to supervise those seeking BCBA certification Responsibilities: * Conduct VB-MAPP and ABLLS assessments * Design individualized programs based on assessment results, client progress, and family input * Analyze ongoing data to make informed adjustments to programs * Supervise and train therapists, conducting performance reviews * Provide parent training across settings (center, home, and community) * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Why Summit? * Highly competitive salary with the potential to earn $75-100k after bonuses and based on experience * Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage * 401K with employer matching * Hiring bonus and/or moving expenses available About the Role: As a BCBA, you'll develop behavior plans and programs, analyze client progress, and lead the behavioral support team working with children and adults. You’ll meet new referrals, complete assessments (including functional analyses), and create individualized programs to address skill deficits and behaviors.
