Seeking an experienced Social Worker to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Bailey, CO. This role is available as either full-time or part-time, providing essential social work services to PreK-12 students during the current school year. The position is contract-based, ideal for professionals skilled in school social work and committed to fostering student well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide social work support to a diverse caseload of PreK-12 students.
• Manage and support students on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) requiring specific service minutes.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to address student needs as they arise.
• Assist in developing strategies to enhance students' social and emotional growth.
• Facilitate interventions and counseling to support student success and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree and licensure as a School Social Worker.
• Experience working with K-12 students and familiarity with school environments.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to implement required services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage caseload effectively and respond to student needs promptly.

Position Details:

• Location: Bailey, Colorado.
• Schedule Options: Full-Time: 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Part-Time: 16-20 hours per week, approximately 2 days weekly.
• Job Duration: Current School Year (CSY).
