What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct FBAs & create customized treatment plans
  • Deliver engaging, play-based ABA therapy (home & community-based)
  • Supervise, support, and train RBTs and BTs
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers
  • Collect and analyze data (yes, the fun stuff!)
  • Participate in team meetings & ongoing development

What You'll Bring:

  • Active BCBA Certification
  • North Carolina LBA (or willing to get licensed)
  • Experience with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Great communication skills + a heart for helping others
