About The Position

Position: Licensed Social Worker

Job Description:

• Responsible for providing behavioral health services and participates in diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, evaluation and follow-up of patients or clients
  
• Administers screening assessments and other clinical tests and interprets their results
  
• Accurately evaluates, documents patients response to therapeutic interventions, on a timely basis
  
• Assists patients/families in most effective way to provide for concrete service needs
  

Qualifications:

• Education Completion of an earned Masters Degree in Social Work
  
• BLS
  
• 3-4 Years experience required working as social worker.
  
• Active state license
  
• Knowledge of psychotherapy and methods
  
• Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
