Position Title: School BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Location: Franklin, NJ
Schedule: 32.5 hours per week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive and collaborative educational team for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time position (32.5 hours/week) based in Franklin, NJ, offering high compensation for qualified professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies
• Provide training and ongoing support to school staff on behavior management techniques
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection in compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
