About the position:
We are looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide support to our clients in a clinic setting. The BCBA will work closely with our therapists to provide individual and group therapy and evaluate progress. The BCBA will also be responsible for maintaining client records, conducting training, supervising staff, and providing supervision. This is a full-time position with benefits.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and support to BCBA and therapists
- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data for treatment plans
- Collaborate with therapists to develop individualized treatment plans for clients
- Conducting trainings for staff
- Maintaining a clean and orderly environment in the office
- Communicating with parents and the public
- Providing general support to the organization as needed
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to handle stress and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented accuracy
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with children, families, or professionals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
