We’re a small, locally owned clinic providing compassionate ABA services to children ages 2–7 in a variety of settings—home, school, and right here at our cozy clinic. Our team is close-knit, collaborative, and committed to supporting families with heart, not just protocols.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Connecting with individuals and families to understand their goals and needs
• Crafting personalized ABA programs based on assessments and ongoing data
• Guiding and mentoring RBTs and team members with kindness and clarity
• Offering supportive and hands-on mentorship to BCBA supervision students, helping them build confidence and grow into compassionate, skilled behavior analysts.
• Using data to celebrate progress and adjust strategies when needed
• Partnering with families, schools, and other professionals to build consistency and momentum
• Keeping records that reflect the care and precision you bring to your work

What You Bring to the Table:

• A master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Current BCBA certification (BACB)
• Three to five years of experience
• Great communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a sense of humor never hurt!

Pay: $41.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
