Family Preservation Community Services (FPCS) was founded in 1997. FPCS provides a variety of social services and therapies to children, adults, and families. We are located in North Carolina and South Carolina and have a long history of providing quality foster care and therapy in our market.
Family Preservation Community Services seeks a foster home case manager.
Responsibilties include personal caseload duties as noted:
- Provides supervised visits and family therapeutic interventions, as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Implements Permanency Planning, including discharge plans, as assigned by the Treatment Team within established time frames.
- Participates in school and State staffing for children assigned to caseload
- .Rotates on call with other staff
- Company car provided for travel to foster homes.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years AFTER bachelor's experience in social services. This is a requirement of the state and cannot be waived. Please do not apply if you don't have 24 months of social services experiences after receiving your degree. Experience outside of social services does not count towards this.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,600.00 - $42,000.00 per year
