Job Purpose: Join us as our next Psychiatrist and help expand access to high-quality mental health care across Arizona. We welcome Child Psychiatrists, Adult Psychiatrists, or providers licensed to treat both. In this impactful clinical role, you'll focus on the evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management of psychiatric conditions for a diverse patient population. What You Will Do:
- Make a Meaningful Impact: Diagnose and treat children, adolescents, and/or adults in alignment with your licensure and clinical focus.
- Deliver Personalized Care: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and create individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique needs.
- Lead with Clinical Excellence: Prescribe and manage medications using evidence-based practices, while monitoring treatment effectiveness.
- Thrive in Team-Based Care: Collaborate with behavioral health, primary care, and support teams in an integrated care model.
- Work Your Way: Provide care virtually or in a hybrid setting—depending on clinical need and your preference.
- Engage in Shared Learning: Join case consultations, team huddles, and care planning sessions that promote collaboration.
- Keep Documentation Seamless: Use our intuitive EHR system to maintain clear, timely, and compliant records.
- Stay Current & Compliant: Meet Arizona Medical or Osteopathic Board requirements, including licensure and continuing education..
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of patient care and organizational goals.
What We Need From You:
- MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (Child, Adult, or both).
- Active DEA license and CPR/First Aid certification.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and virtual care platforms.
- 3–5 years of experience preferred; recent residency graduates also encouraged to apply.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
- Must provide valid driver's license and auto insurance for credentialing purposes. Comfortable with a Pay-for-Performance (P4P) model – Unlock greater earning potential through productivity-based incentives designed to reward your clinical impact.
Your Work Schedule:
- Part-Time: Minimum 10 hours/week, 2x10 or 3x10 options
- Full-Time: Customizable 4x10 or 5x8 options
- 1099: Fixed hourly rate (negotiable)
- Work Model Options: Fully remote or Hybrid
- Saturday-only, moonlighting, and flexible day arrangements are available.
