Job Title: Career Navigator
Location: Hybrid (Remote + 2 days/week in Long Beach office)
Schedule: Full-Time
Compensation: $25/hour + opportunity for quarterly performance bonuses
Reports to: Program Director

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Career Navigator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be a trusted guide for young adults on their journey to employment supporting them with goal setting, job readiness, training referrals, and long-term placement. The right candidate is organized, people-centered, and committed to helping others succeed.
- Provide one-on-one coaching, career planning, and wraparound support to a caseload of young adults (ages 18–28)
- Assess candidate needs and readiness, develop individualized employment plans, and track progress toward job placement
- Connect candidates to job training, certifications, transportation assistance, and supportive services
- Collaborate with workforce agencies, training providers, and employer partners to facilitate referrals and placements
- Support resume building, interview prep, and soft skills training in coordination with volunteers
- Accurately document case notes and candidate activity in Dynamics CRM and ATS
- Participate in team meetings, community outreach, and program development initiatives
- Work from the Long Beach office at least one day per week, with flexibility for fieldwork and off-site meetings
- Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, career coaching, or workforce development
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a strong plus
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with opportunity youth, reentry populations, or foster youth preferred
- Self-starter with a heart for mission-driven work and belief in the power of employment to transform lives
